Here in reception class, we love to learn through our play, also known as 'choose time'. From balancing and climbing to running and stretching, the children develop their gross motor skills. They take on numerous characters and occupations with no limits to their imagination in their role-play, story telling and small world. They strengthen their fine motor skills in our malleable area. They work towards becoming precise cutters, detailed drawers and wonderful writers. They form friendships, grow in confidence, build resilience and their personalities flourish.
