October 2026 - Halloween Good to be Green

We had a SPOOKtacular Good to be Green treat this Autumn 1 half-term. The children were very excited about the chance to dress up for the day and we had so much variety! Throughout the day, we had plenty of 'choose' time, with the children making their own Halloween crowns/hats, decorating pumpkins, having an oogie boogie dance-off and sharing lots of scarily good stories. It was truly all treats and no tricks and the children definitely deserved a celebration after a fantastic first term in Reception.
