Year 5, celebrated World Book Day by coming to school dressed in a fantastic range of costumes. Some dressed as footballers, while others came as characters from popular stories such as Roald Dahl’s Charlie and the Chocolate Factory, Harry Potter, and many more. The class also took part in the BBC Live Lesson for World Book Day, where they enjoyed participating in a variety of activities all about reading. It was a fun and entertaining way to celebrate books and encourage a love of reading.
