Year 6 have enjoyed mark-making this half term , using a variety of different mark - making tools such as pasta, Lego and even toy cars ! They were inspired by the work of Diego Rivera who was a famous artist from Mexico. 

Firstly, the children extended Mayan images with sketched and then they used mark making to create texture on their artwork. The lessons were messy, but the result was worth it!
